ThinkFood Cookbook
The ThinkFood Cookbook is here and I am a part of it!!
“Thinkfood is a cookbook featuring 50 delicious, original, brain-healthy recipes, each created by a different food blogger.” Thinkfood is a collaboration between Posit Science and the food bloggers. Each participating food blogger has contributed a recipe which has one or few of the brain healthy ingredients, like almonds, spinach, fish, flax seed, almonds and many more. The focus obviously is on eating healthy and smart and the food that is good for your brain. The book has exciting recipes that covers the entire course of meal from appetizers to side dishes to main courses to desserts.
The hard-cover book will be available sometime in mid -July, but you can sign up for the Thinkfood Recipe of the Week. “Recipe of the Week is an email campaign that will run for 50 consecutive weeks. Those who sign up will receive one recipe from the ThinkFood cookbook in their email inbox every Wednesday for free! The recipes are a fun mix of snacks, appetizers, sides and salads, main course and desserts. Each recipe has at least one brain-healthy ingredient that benefits the brain…”
The ThinkFood Cookbook launched today and beginning today, one recipe will be distributed by email every Wednesday for the next 50 weeks. You’ll have free access to the printable version of the recipe, which includes more information about the brain-healthy ingredient and cooking tips. What recipe did I contribute? Well sign up and stay tuned!
Each of the contributors will have a copy of the cookbook to give away to the readers during the week our recipe is featured, so make sure you visit the blog of the week for a chance to win a copy of the book.
