We have been celebrating Spring. Today’s post is mostly a collage of this wondrous time. The past few days have been gorgeous. Balmy air, blue skies and the soft delicate petals on the trees, have dressed the earth as beautifully as it possibly can.
I love Mediterranean food; any time of the day, any number of days, I can just indulge into the wonderful warm flavors of the food. The best part about Mediterranean cooking is that it combines taste, flavors & the health factor all together.
Turkish food makes my heart & appetite sing. The hearty flavors, taste & warmth of the food, besides being healthy gather into a tickling wanting sensation.
