1 cup uncooked rice (I use Sona Masoori white rice)
\n\u00bd pound medium raw shrimp \u2013 deveined and shelled
\n1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
\n2 tablespoons of Tangy Hot Oil <\/strong><\/a>(If this is not handy, just use regular oil mixed with a teaspoon of any hot sauce)
\n\u00bd medium sized Onion chopped
\n2 cloves of garlic chopped and mashed
\n4 stalks of Celery chopped
\n\u00bd cup Peas
\n\u00bd cup chopped Carrots
\n3 Sprigs of Spring Onion (some cut in angles and some chopped fine)

\n2 teaspoons Vinegar
\n2 tablespoons Oil
\n1 tablespoon Oil

Toast the sesame seeds on a skillet till they are light brown but not burnt. Set aside.<\/p>\n
